These Winding Roads
When life gives you lemons would you choose to live it?
My heart is beating at an irregular beat. Do I decide to tell him how irregular this heart is?…Or do I precede with caution?
These are questions my younger self would ask in hopes that this ‘one’ would not trample my irregular heart. After many attempts of tearing down these built up walls, I’ve learned to proceed with caution. This isn’t something that happened all of a sudden. This cautionary action is a result of years of practice.
Cautious in love but chaotic at life.
Life is all about ebb and flow, dark and light, give and take. Finding the meaning in life is where the true key lives. The catalyst of what life truly “is”, has never fully transpired to this former existence. During life, humans do their best to figure out why we are here or what our true purpose is. Without even knowing what, ‘the true meaning of life is’, we are forced to live life with hopes that we will stumble upon its true meaning.
In the meantime, we are left to our own devices to truly understand who we are and what life we a leading. Surely, this way of living can create chaos but are we able to procure love in the chaotic essence of life?!?
Without love truely defined are we then not able to truly define our purpose? Love is just a feeling and we are NOT superior to the ‘feeling’ of love.
I acted on that feeing and now the chaos has ensued to the highest. I’m now left to my possessive decisiveness. I’ll change my tone when my chaos is welcomed, embraced and loved without turning a cheek.
